me need go practice... went to the river with three fun people, did it yesterday too. today the river was a lil muddy from the rain yesterday so it was hard to see where your feet were going in the water. i slipped, again. somehow broke a nail but didnt scrape myself up a lot. yay for the dirty james river! i rode the wee rapids and i know ii will get some bruises showing up on my butt. that is due to all the rocks and slippin i did lol!
beth's ok now. i still like him and yes i would do it again!
